The product must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products, such as cosmetics, perfumes, or products that have been used or opened, cannot be returned or exchanged for health or safety reasons.
Exchange or Return Method:
To exchange or return, it is preferable to contact us via social media channels such as WhatsApp within the specified period (24 hours from receiving the product). We will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Return Procedures:
Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive a refund, including shipping costs (if the product is faulty or damaged).
In the event of an exchange, we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
Return and Exchange Fees:
If the return is due to an order error on the part of the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. If the error is ours, we will bear all shipping costs.
Refund:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Dealing with Defective Products:

If you are unable to answer the call, a WhatsApp message will be sent from the number registered in your account on the app to confirm your order.
Confirmation Timeline:
You must respond to the WhatsApp message within 24 hours of receiving it. If you do not respond within this time, the order will be considered canceled and will not be shipped or fulfilled.
Call Not Answered:
If you do not answer the call or we are unable to contact you, the order will be delayed until all relevant details are confirmed.
Shipping Times:
Once your order is successfully confirmed, it will ship within 3-5 business days according to our approved shipping policy.

After your order is confirmed and approved, our team will begin preparing your shipment immediately via our authorized delivery partners. We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible according to the following:
Normal Shipping Times:
After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped by the courier company on the same day and delivered to the customer within 3 business days.
During Promotion Periods:
During special promotions or sales, delivery may take 3-7 business days due to the increased volume of orders.
Receiving the Package:
Only the customer is allowed to receive the entire package. Partial delivery is not permitted under any circumstances. If the customer refuses to receive the entire package, the order will be canceled and the customer will be unable to receive it.
Checking the Order Contents:
The customer is required to inspect the products and verify their authenticity and the contents of the order upon delivery by the delivery company representative. If any defect or problem is found with the product, the representative must be notified immediately so that the problem can be rectified immediately and at no additional cost.

If the product is defective or does not meet the specifications announced on the product page on the app, a free exchange will be offered at no cost to the customer.
Reporting Defects:
If you discover a defect in the product after receiving it, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt, attaching a photo or video showing the defect.
Return and Exchange Terms:
Products must be in their original condition, in their original, unopened packaging, and with all tags attached. Opened, used, or missing products are not accepted.
Exceptions:
Makeup cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances on the grounds of "it didn't suit me." Make sure you choose the right shade for your skin tone. You can consult our customer service team to inquire about available colors before completing your order.
Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged if the outer plastic wrapper has been opened. You can visit our showrooms to try scents before completing your purchase.
Refusal to Exchange or Return:
Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return request if it violates company policy or does not meet the established conditions.
Blacklist Policy
To ensure we provide the best service to our valued customers, we reserve the right to blacklist customers who cancel their orders three consecutive times or fail to respond to the delivery company representative three consecutive times.
What does this mean?
If your name is blacklisted, no future orders will be confirmed or approved.
The purchase will be suspended until the issue with the customer is resolved.
